ADHD Services
Individual and Couples Therapy
I enjoy working with my clients to explore new perspectives on their ADHD, get curious about what’s keeping them stuck, and to find strategies that support meaningful, sustainable change. As a neurodivergent-affirming therapist, I aim to build a collaborative understanding of your experience—one rooted in curiosity and compassion. I don’t see neurodivergence as something to “fix,” but believe that through understanding and compassion, we can figure out when change feels helpful and when acceptance might be what’s most needed.
I'm passionate about offering services that support ADHDers in areas I see as under-served in our Ontario community. In addition to ADHD-informed individual therapy, I have specific training and experience supporting adults diagnosed with ADHD later in life, ADHDers navigating the perinatal period, and couples where one or both partners has ADHD.

Special Focus Areas related to ADHD:
Adults Navigating a Recent ADHD Diagnosis
I often work with adults who have recently been diagnosed with ADHD or who are in the process of seeking a diagnosis. My hope is to meet you wherever you are at in your journey—with curiosity and compassion—and to provide a collaborative space where we can work together toward what matters most to you.
ADHD Couples & Relationship Support
In couples therapy, the relationship—not either individual—is the client. This holds true when ADHD is part of the picture. While ADHD can influence how partners relate to each other, the diagnosis itself isn’t the problem. I bring in education about ADHD to help both partners better understand what might be happening between them, recognize common patterns in ADHD-affected relationships, and find new ways to reconnect when things feel stuck. When helpful, we can also build strategies to support executive functioning within the couple or family system and explore tools to help things run more smoothly at home.
ADHD Support during the Perinatal Period
I have a special interest in supporting birthing partners and parents with ADHD through the perinatal period, as well as couples navigating the transitions of pregnancy and postpartum. This stage of life brings unique challenges that are often overlooked in ADHD care. My perinatal training, combined with experience supporting ADHDers through major life transitions, allows me to bring an informed perspective on the specific challenges and decisions that arise during this time. I am here to support you as your needs evolve, whether you're on or off medication.

Therapy That Accommodates You—Even Online
Virtual therapy should feel safe, supportive, and accessible. I consider it my responsibility to create a space that honors your strengths and adapts to your needs. That might mean offering extra structure—like setting a session agenda or revisiting our goals frequently—or staying flexible when focus is tough. Sessions are always designed with your brain in mind.
I also understand that ADHD and executive functioning challenges can affect your therapy experience—not because of a lack of motivation or effort, but because remembering details, staying engaged, and following through can be genuinely hard sometimes. After a decade of working with ADHDers, I’ve found that certain supports can make a real difference, including:
Verbal summaries upon request
Visual aids or shared screens during sessions
Reminders for therapy-related tasks or appointments
Diagrams and graphs to show symptom screener results
Easy options for automatic payments and appointment reminders
